Indian SOF tighten selection processes

Indian special operations forces are to integrate extended levels of psychology tests into selection courses and other training programs in order to assess the suitability of operators working in demanding situations.

The move, which is likely to spread across both military and paramilitary special operations units of the Ministries of Defence and Home Affairs respectively, is currently being led by the National Security Guard (NSG) special mission unit which is tasked with counter-terrorism missions around the country.
