First SOF customer for enhanced DAGOR

The Canadian Special Operations Forces Command (CANSOFCOM has become the first customer to receive an upgraded variant of Polaris Government and Defense’s Deployed Advanced Ground Off Road (DAGOR) special operations vehicle, the company has confirmed.

Speaking to Shephard, Polaris officials explained how CANSOFCOM had become the first customer to receive the DAGOR A1 as part of its Ultra Light Combat Vehicle (ULCV) program. A total of 62 vehicles are scheduled to be delivered to the command over the remainder of 2018 as part of a USD $23 million contract initially signed in December 2016.
