Prevco Subsea has developed a new diver/surface operated subsea electrical switch which the company will be exhibiting at UDT Europe.
The switch comes with many customisable options including the material, number of switch positions and hand held or attachment options.
The company says that it developed the switch due to the demand and a ‘clear need in the industry’ for such a device.
The development has been lead over the last few months by engineer Don Christensen at the Prevco head office in Arizona, USA, the company says.
The product is currently being manufactured using stainless steel, aluminium 7075
