Diver delivery is once again a hot topic at UDT with various companies showcasing their platfroms, including one brand new system.
Defence Submersibles International showcased its futuristic-looking diver delivery craft (DDC) at the event (pictured).
The company is showcasing the platform for the first time at UDT 2018 in Glasgow having begun assembly of the craft in November 2017.
A company spokesperson told Shephard that the company is planning to conduct both surface and subsea trials in August 2018. Exactly where these will take place is yet to be determined.
He added that they currently have around three countries interested
