Raytheon to provide more SM-2 and SM-6 support
Raytheon Missiles & Defense on 2 November obtained a $24.81 million contract modification from FY2021 USN funds to provide Standard Missile-2 (SM-2) spares, repairs and maintenance.
The modification, which follows a similar award in September, also covers SM-6 (pictured) repairs and maintenance.
Work will be performed in Camden, Arkansas (72%); Tucson, Arizona (19%); Anaheim, California (6%); and San Diego, California (3%), and is expected to be completed by July 2024.
