NATO continues to seek new Med partners

When situational awareness is the aim of the game having a multitude of partners with eyes and ears at sea is a benefit to maritime security, not least in the Mediterranean.

With this in mind, NATO continues to operate in the region under Operation Sea Guardian (OSG) and the alliance is seeking to grow its network of partners.

‘We have developed an effort to bring other partner nations around the Mediterranean to join our operation so we have several countries that have shown some interest at the moment we expect that they will join in the near future,’ Cmdr Alexandre
