Navantia combat systems selected for Chinese-built Thai LPD

The Port of Marseille Fos commissioned two additional SBS 700 radars into its integrated vessel traffic management system (VTMS).
These add to the five supplied earlier this year by manufacturer Kelvin Hughes.
Designed to meet the VTMS integration requirements, each X-band system (the latest two were installed in July) has a combination of SBS 700-1 and SBS 700-2 radars and an incorporated magnetron transmitter.
