IMDEX Asia: Kairos introduces mini landing craft to Asia
Distributor Kairos Singapore Holdings has used IMDEX Asia to launch the Pioner Multi small landing craft onto the Asian market.
The low-density polyethylene rotomould boat from Pioner of Norway is well known in Europe where it is popular with police dive teams and some militaries. However, Roy Soeigiarto of Kairos Singapore said this was the first time the Multi landing craft had been offered in Asia.
At 5.3m in length and 2.15m in width, the boat is capable of carrying five to eight passengers and a total payload of 1.2t, which Soeigiarto noted was remarkable given its empty weight was
