Ukraine adds to diverse vehicle fleet
The Ukrainian military and internal security forces continue to take delivery of two new types of domestically-manufactured 4x4 infantry mobility vehicles (IMVs), adding to an already diverse mix of vehicles.
In May, it was announced that one of those vehicles, the Bars-8 - produced by local company Bogdan Motors - will be submitted for state testing by the Ukrainian MoD.
The effort will take around three months and will see the vehicles driven some 10,000km in different terrain and weather conditions. In addition, the vehicle’s ballistic protection against threats such as land mines will be tested to ensure they meet
