Thailand deploys HMV-150 to conflict zone
After field tests, the Royal Thai Navy (RTN) began deploying its new HMV-150 4x4 armoured vehicle to the country’s southern border area for security operations on 27 September.
The RTN sent the vehicle type to the southern province of Narathiwat so the Royal Thai Marine Corps (RTMC) can use it for patrols and other missions. If the HMV-150 proves its value and capability, the military might order an upgrade of a further 24 V-150s in the future.
