Poland nears Wisla final decision
The Polish MoD has confirmed that negotiations for the next phase of the Wisla air and missile defence programme are moving forward as planned and that a winner should be sealed next year.
'Contract signing for the second phase of the Wisla programme is planned for 2019. Delivery schedule for this phase is being agreed upon during the ongoing negotiations with the Americans,' acknowledged the Secretary of State for the Polish MoD, Wojciech Skurkiewicz, in a written reply to MPs inquiry.
