MSPO 2018: Polish ammo under precision testing
Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems (NGIS) is in the early stages of integrating its Precision Guided Kit (PGK) onto a Polish-made 155mm round.
To date the company has carried out some testing of the PGK on a Dezemat 155mm HE extended range round which is designed to be fired from self-propelled howitzers such as the Slovkian Zuzana or Polish Krab.
During testing earlier this year at the Yuma Proving Ground in Arizona, Polish spectators witnessed the guided 155mm prove flight worthiness as well as diversion capability while in flight.
