KNDS targets 40 CTA turret for export market

KNDS France has targeted export sales of its 40 CTA turret, showcased at Eurosatory 2024, by potentially focusing on Middle East markets for the ARTEC Boxer platform.
KNDS France has spoken of its hope of encouraging exports of its 40 CTA turret which has been marketed in both manned and unmanned versions for different user requirements.
Speaking to Shephard at Eurosatory 2024 in Paris, sources indicated that one potential market would be the Middle East where both Kuwait and Qatar could be interested in the turret, with the platform being the ARTEC Boxer (8x8) Multi-Role Armoured Vehicle (MRAV) potentially from the UK production line which has been ramping up.
