IDEF 2019: FNSS looks to remote-control modification of M113
While Turkish-company FNSS has rolled out a number of announcements relating to its own armoured vehicles at IDEF 2019, quietly in the corner of its exhibition sits a 30-year-old M113.
The company is using the M113 APC to demonstrate its new remote-control system technology. The vehicle sat behind four panes of glass as the operator at IDEF 2019 was able to start the engine and move the tracks. The vehicle on display was the first prototype.
