FIDAE: Argentine rocket launcher showcased
The new Lanzacohetes CP-30 multiple rocket launcher (MRL) being developed in Argentina has been placed on display at FIDAE 2014.
A spokesman from the Argentine military told Shephard that the system has been under development by the Argentine scientific research organisation CITIDEF and manufactured by Fabricaciones Militaries (FM) since 2008.
‘The testing in the field is finished. The [Argentine] Army tested the vehicle in different environments over different terrain,’ he said.
