Eurosatory: Rapid launches new elite ops camera
New technology company Rapid will launch their specially designed elite ops camera – Mohoc – at Eurosatory 2014 in Paris.
After a soft launch at SOFIC in the USA the Mohoc is being displayed at Eurosatory following considerable interest from military and paramilitary users, a spokesperson at Rapid told Shephard.
The spokesperson said that the military currently buy sports cameras such as those produced by GoPro and Contour but that these are often quite cumbersome and not quite suited to the combat environment.
He added that the Mohoc product offers a lower profile and is already waterproof, shock proof
