Eurosatory : Hawkei positionné pour export
Thales est en train d’introduire leur Hawkei 4x4 (light protected vehicle - LPV) sur le marché d’export.
Le groupe annonçait l’activité à l’exposition Eurosatory à Paris le 18 Juin au même temps qu’il continue à progresser sur le Project Land 121 phase 4 avec l’ADF (Australian Defence Force).
Ian Gethin, directeur des ventes et marketing des véhicules protégés à Thales expliquait : « La demande d’offre sera fait pendent la semaine par l’ADF. On attend le contrat en 2015. »
Le véhicule a été développé pour l’exigence ADF pour 1300 véhicules pour remplacer leur flotte du moment de Land Rover.
