Two Israeli companies, Carmor Integrated Vehicle Solutions and Plasan, highlighted their new high mobility armoured vehicle concepts at Eurosatory 2018.

Carmor unveiled the initial prototype of its 4x4 Mantis, which is intended to be the first of a family of modular 4x4 and 6x6 vehicles that can be configured to perform a range of combat and combat support missions.

'The Mantis was designed and developed in answer to the growing number of requirements for lower weight, higher protection and more functionality in vehicles for the military worldwide including the Israel Defense Forces,' Dina Slutzkin, Carmor’s Marketing Manager, told Shephard.
