Eurosatory 2010: Hatehof aims for full rate FAV production
Israeli company Hatehof has described how it hopes to take its 4x4 Zibar fast attack vehicle (FAV) into full production by the end of the year, Land Warfare International has learnt.
Designed nearly eight years ago with the help of a Paris-Dakar rally winner, Hatehof’s FAV has already provided an undisclosed number to the Israel Defense Force (IDF) for counter-smuggling operations on its southern borders.
With tenders being chased in North and South America as well as the Middle-East, Hatehof stated that it envisages raising production levels up to between 500 and 1,000 vehicles a year.
