Estonia sharpens its spears

The US and NATO are starting to ramp up weapon supplies to the Baltic states in response to Russian activity in Ukraine and Eastern Europe.

As part of these plans, the US has recently completed the supplies of FGM-148 Javelin fire-and-forget anti-tank missiles to the Estonian armed forces. 

The exact number of the supplied missiles was not disclosed by the Estonian MoD, but an agreement signed between the US and Estonia in November, 2014 cited the purchase of 80 missile missiles for €40 million.
