DSEI 2019: UVision looks to extend loitering munition CONOPS
Israeli company UVision displayed a mock-up of a special operations vehicle (SOV) equipped with multiple Hero 30 launchers at DSEI 2019, as it seeks to further extend concepts of operation (CONOPS) associated with loitering munition (LM) technology.
Displayed at the exhibition London between 9-13 September, a total of three Hero 30 launchers were integrated on board the Neton SOV as manufactured by Spanish company Equipos Industriales de Manutaje SA (EINSA).
The 4x4 SOV however, which has a maximum speed of 160kph and gross vehicle weight of 2,000kg, is also capable of featuring a six-tube multi-canister launcher, UVision company officials confirmed
