DSEI 2015: Supacat upgrades 4x4 offering (video)

A 4x4 vehicle from Supacat will improve their specialist offerings based on lessons learned from earlier light platforms.

The new LRV 400 Mk2 being displayed at the DSEI exhibition is an improvement on the Mk1 variant, but includes features that have been recommended following extensive use of the company’s HET range on operations in recent conflicts and feedback from use of the Mk1.

According to Philip Applegarth, head of defence at Supacat, there is a capability requirement for a CH-47 transportable vehicle of this size.
