Azerbaijan revealed as Czech artillery user
The Czech Republic has been revealed as a major supplier of heavy weapons to Azerbaijan, recent photos have indicated.
This was surprisingly uncovered by photographs released by the Azerbaijan MoD of the Czech-made Dana-M1CZ 152mm SPH and RM-70 Vampir 122mm MLRS.
The newly-supplied systems were photographed during a large-scale exercise of the Azerbaijani military held in the second half of September. The exercise saw the participation of 15,000 troops, 150 combat vehicles and no fewer than 120 artillery and MLRS pieces.
