AUSA Winter: Nammo looks to qualify M72 FFE

Nammo is hoping to secure a contract for the qualification of its M72 anti-structure munition weapon for fire from enclosure (FFE) missions by the end of the year, the company has explained.

A spokesman from Nammo told Shephard at the AUSA Winter 2014 exhibition in Huntsville, Alabama, that the company was ‘finishing development’ of the 66mm rocket system internally and anticipates a government contract to start the qualification of the M72 for FFE in 2014.
