AUSA Global 2019: BAE Systems looks to impress with technology demonstrator vehicle
While new platform reveals have not been the flavour of the month at this year’s AUSA Global Force in Huntsville BAE Systems attempted to make a splash with a new technology demonstrator vehicle.
The nameless platform is based on the Mobile Protected Firepower (MPF) vehicle prototype and incorporates key mechanical and electrical technologies.
This includes two Iron Fist active protection systems (APS) from IMI Systems and the Raven soft-kill jamming technology from BAE Systems. Both technologies are of interest to the US Army.
