AAD2014: Chaiseri approaches African market with flats
Thai vehicle manufacturer, Chaiseri, has attended the AAD exhibition for the first time presenting its RunFlat system of tyres.
A spokesperson from the company told Shephard that there were a lot of wheeled vehicles in the African marketplace and that rather than present one of its own vehicles, such as the First Win 4x4 as a way of entering the market, it would be better to target the wheels.
Chaiseri is offering the single piece RunFlat heavy duty (SPRH 395/85-R20) tyre that has achieved 150km on a road surface with a flat tyre.
