Singapore Airshow: 2020 will be end of P-8 purchase sweet spot
International customers can take advantage of a ‘sweet spot’ in the current production run of P-8 Poseidon MPAs by purchasing the aircraft before the US Navy fulfils its procurement cycle.
The US Navy has just issued Lot 7 production run for 20 aircraft, split 16 to 4 between the US and Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF). The previous 35 US Navy P-8’s were delivered on schedule.
