SAS 2015: US Navy moves on LCS mission packages
Development of the mission packages (MPs) for the US Navy’s Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) is speeding up with a busy two years coming up.
Speaking at Sea-Air-Space 2015, Capt Casey Moton, project manager for the LCS mission modules at PMS 420 said that the focus for the Surface Warfare (SuW) MP is on fielding the Hellfire missile that can engage Fast Inshore Attack Craft (FIAC).
