Yastreb-AV radar nears completion
The Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) has announced that the development of the prototype Yastreb-AV radar system is nearing completion.
The radar is being designed to increase the effectiveness of artillery and counter-battery fire for ground forces.
According to the MoD, the new system exceeds current radar systems deployed by the Russian armed forces.
