Taiwan struggling against Chinese cyber warriors

Taiwan has instituted new organisations and efforts to stem the cyber tide of Chinese hacker mischief against its military and government entities, but more training and education are required, according to a special roundtable discussion on 16 March that included Shephard .

The roundtable was held by the Cybersecurity Technology Institute (CSTI) under the Institute for Information Industry (III), which is funded by the Ministry of Information Science and Technology. The event included a wide array of cyber and artificial intelligence experts, computer engineers and machine learning experts.
