The latest iteration of the Polish Land Forces’ Tytan Individual Warfare System concept, together with a collection of associated subsystems, have been on display at MSPO.

Tytan, under development by a PCO-led consortium and tied to Poland’s military research science institutes, has been designed to provide dismounted close combat personnel with a modular and flexible soldier ensemble - featuring C4i connectivity; upgraded battle uniforms; ballistic protection; and target acquisition.

Programme components include PCO image intensified and thermal imaging goggles and weapon sights in addition to ballistic plate carriers, battle dress uniforms; and combat helmets designed by Maskpol.
