UK MoD renews MCL's ECM support contract
Marlborough Communications (MCL) has received a contract renewal from the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) for electronic counter measures (ECM) support and test solutions, the company announced on 23 November.
Under the agreement, the company will provide the MoD with in-service support for an additional period of two and a half years, continuing a contract that has run since 2016.
MCL will repair and maintain ECM capabilities and associated ancillaries that were designed, manufactured and delivered into service by MCL over the last ten years.
The contract will include support and testing for MCL’s specialist technical ECM capabilities, including secure environmental storage units for ECM equipment, GPS timing devices and ECM equipment test kits.
