DSEI 2017: Land C4ISR integration concept unveiled

19th September 2017 - 16:02 GMT | by Andrew White in London

Systems engineering specialist Drumgrange displayed its Land C4ISR Integration concept for tactical ground vehicles at this year's DSEI.

Aimed at supporting mobility operations, the vehicle-mounted solution features technology agnostic capabilities allowing armed forces to plug-and-play a variety of C4ISR sub-systems on board a vehicle.

The vehicle cage can be integrated on board SC Group’s 4x4 HMT ground vehicle, providing ground deployed teams with an ability to operate a variety of specialist payloads including Mobile Ad Hoc Networking (MANET) radio systems from Trellisware Technologies and Silvus Technologies; as well as software defined radios from Harris Corporation (AN/PRC-117G) and Thales (MBITR).
