DSEI 2013: FLIR displays SeaFLIR 280-HD

FLIR Systems is displaying the SeaFLIR 280-HD, a stabilised compact HD multi-sensor marinised imaging system for surveillance and targeting applications. 

‘SeaFLIR 280-HD is the only full HD system for maritime operations,’ Webber, product manager of FLIR said.  

‘It provides a full spectrum of ISR capabilities including both MWIR and Visible Continuous optics and 1000mm focal length optics,’ Webber explained. 

A SWIR option for deep penetration of maritime mist and haze enables long rang performance in extreme conditions at sea. The systems further features a multi-FOV spotter scope enabling fast FOV changes and maximum optical zoom.
