The new Remote Observation Sensor System (ROSS) will be launched by Seraphim Optronics at the AUSA exhibition in Washington, DC next week.
Designed to be compact and lightweight, the ROSS surveillance suite is a mini ground surveillance suite that is man-portable and can be operated by remote control with no external moving parts.
ROSS can be integrated into a tactical radar network and is designed to be deployed where there are geographical gaps in border surveillance to increase perimeter or facility protection and gather intelligence as well as prevent false alarms.
It can also be integrated with smaller, lower power
