AOC 2019: Ukraine details Russia's EW actions in Donbass region
A senior official within Ukraine’s Armed Forces disclosed operational details regarding the application of electronic warfare (EW) in the East of the country to the Association of Old Crows (AOC) conference in Washington, DC this week.
Addressing delegates on 29 October, Col Ivan Pavlenko, Deputy Chief of Combat Support Units of the Joint Forces HQ, Joint Staff Armed forces of Ukraine, described a series of lessons learned concerning Russian EW activities in eastern Ukraine, as well as his organisation’s own efforts to enhance its own EW capabilities.
