AOC 2011: Long and winding road for cyber security

The US DoD is only 10% 'down the road' in implementing an effective cyberspace and national security strategy, an academic has told the Association of Old Crows (AOC) conference in Washington, DC.

National Defense University professor Daniel Kuehl emphasised that there had been 'real' progress in 2011 but stressed: 'Wherever “there” is, we are not “there” yet but we are further down the road than four years ago.'
