AAD 2018: The house that Hensoldt built

Hensoldt has utilised AAD 2018 to bring together two of its South African subsidiaries under one roof: GEW Technologies, providers in EW and spectrum monitoring and optical payload specialists Optronics.

The announcement signifies the company’s commitment to growing the South African business under the global house of Hensoldt.

Celia Pelaz, head of strategic development at Hensoldt South Africa, explained to Shephard about the overarching commitment to international positioning of the technologies and specialisms of the businesses which will be leveraged under the house of Hensoldt whether that is EW or sensors.
