PGZ signs MoU with IAI
Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) and Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to cooperate on a number of aviation technologies for the Polish military market.
The companies will team for technologies including tactical loitering UAS, aerial reconnaissance systems, electronic warfare systems, and tanker and aviation platforms, among others.
The MoU covers promotion, marketing, sales, licensed production and joint development activities in relation to future modernisation projects in Poland.
Work between PGZ, IAI and its subsidiary Elta Systems will also potentially include the transfer of innovative aerial technologies to PGZ companies, and the consideration of export options for jointly-developed products.
