Opinion: UK needs Saudi defence relationship

The recent visit by the Saudi Crown Prince, Mohammad Bin Sultan (MBS) to the United Kingdom has generated a flurry of announcements about the future shape of the Anglo-Saudi relationship. The young Crown Prince has pushed his ‘Saudi 2030 vision’, a strategy intended to help modernise Saudi Arabia and generate inward investment and jobs for his people.
