Almost a decade ago, The Geobukseon was in Beijing having dinner with representatives of the China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Corporation (CATIC). For the uninitiated, CATIC is the ‘special export’ company that has the monopoly status for foreign sales of fighters and other aerospace products.
