Farnborough 2018: Lockheed Martin steadfast with F-35 plans

Lockheed Martin has a tentative deal with the US Air Force for its next lot of F-35 Lightning II fighters and the company is continuing to look for ways to expand into new markets. 

During a 16 July press briefing at Farnborough 2018, Lockheed Martin's VP and general manager for the F-35 programme Greg Ulmer, confirmed that the company and USAF have reached an 'handshake' agreement for the aircraft's low rate initial production (LRIP) 11 buy.
