Farnborough 2016: Former CAS talks up UK forces capability (video)

With the Farnborough International Airshow almost upon us, ACM Sir Stephen Dalton (Rtd), president elect of the Royal Aeronautical Society, speaks to Shephard about the current state of the armed forces in the UK. 

While the services appear to be more capable - with the latest platforms and continuing upgrades- than they have ever been, the former Royal Air Force (RAF) chief of the air staff (CAS) points out that the RAF, Royal Navy and British Army can only be as capable as the funding available.
