DSA 2016: Triple strike options from MBDA

The European missile house MBDA is promoting Sea Ceptor, Sea Venom and EMADS to the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN).

With old Otomat and Aspide missile systems aboard the RMN’s Laksamana-class corvettes now decommissioned, these four warships are due for replacement missile systems.

MBDA is obviously eyeing Sea Ceptor as a suitable fit for this, as well a potential future replacement of Sea Wolf missiles on two Lekiu-class frigates.
