Bilateral cooperation between India and Thailand received a new fillip when Prime Minister Narendra Modi held talks in Bangkok with his Thai counterpart Prayut Chan-o-cha on the sidelines of the ASEAN summit during a three-day visit commencing 3 November. Cooperation in defence and security figured high on the agenda.
