Two Curtiss-Wright Controls business groups receive Sikorsky Top 100 Supplier Award
Curtiss-Wright Controls, Inc. announced today that its Integrated Sensing division's Avionics & Electronics and Penny + Giles Avionics business groups have been individually named recipients of the 2009 Sikorsky Top 100 Supplier Award in recognition of their superior supplier performance. The Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation issues the award annually to an elite select of its over 650 different vendors.

Curtiss-Wright Controls Integrated Sensing's Avionics & Electronics business group, located in the City of Industry, California, is a recognized global leader in the development and production of high-performance aircraft control electronics consisting of aircraft computer systems, data concentrators, utility management, ice protection and fire detection systems.
The Penny + Giles Avionics business group, located in Christchurch, Dorset, UK, supplies Flight Recorders, Air Data Computers and Ice and Snow Detection Systems to Sikorsky on multiple Commercial and Military helicopters. Penny + Giles provides fully integrated measurement, control and avionics products to the aerospace industry worldwide.
The Curtiss-Wright Controls Integrated Sensing business group is a global leader in the field of high-precision engineered controllers and sensors.
