SAFE Structure Designs awarded Apache work
SAFE Structure Designs has been awarded a contract to manufacture a line of maintenance platforms, hangar equipment and specialty tooling for the US Army’s fleet of AH-64 Apaches.
The company will manufacture cowling racks, doors racks and hellfire missile racks for US Army hangars located in Fort Hood, Texas.
Johnny Buscema, SAFE Structure president and CEO, said: ‘We do not take this responsibility lightly. Our mission is always to provide the best quality products for our customers, but knowing that we are in a small way supporting our military armed forces, it makes us that much more proud and driven to be the best at what we do.’
