Rotorcraft Asia: Honeywell moves for Asian business

Honeywell Aerospace has high hopes for its long-term prospects in Asia-Pacific.

The company is using Rotorcraft Asia 2017 to highlight its latest connectivity solutions for helicopter operators in the region.

This year's show will be one of the first regional exhibitions that the company has used to promote its latest Aspire 200 Satellite Communications System to the commercial helicopter market, including for EMS, SAR and VIP operations.

The Aspire 200 provides voice and data connectivity at rates of up to 650kb/s, and can be used for a variety of applications, from sending real-time video to an operations centre to providing
