Rotorcraft Asia: Cicaré offers novel flight trainer
Argentinian firm Cicaré, which produces the SVH4 ground-based helicopter flight trainer, has been pushing its creation in the Asia-Pacific region to both civil and military users.
This effort comes on the back of a partnership with DEA General Aviation – a Chinese producer of helicopters, engines, UAVs and components. Indeed, the two exhibited together at last month's LIMA 2017 exhibition in Langkawi.
DEA General Aviation is the exclusive distributor for the Cicaré range of ultralight helicopters in Malaysia, Southeast Asia and China. At LIMA, Mike Creed, chief executive of DEA, acknowledged that it was pushing the SHV4 to the Royal
