Qatar wants MH-60Rs

Qatar may be the next export customer for the MH-60R Seahawk according to the US Defense Security Cooperation Agency.

The United States Congress has been notified of a request by the Middle East country to purchase six MH-60Rs through the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) system for $750 million.

The deal would also include associated equipment, parts, training and logistical support.
The DSCA says the buy 'will improve Qatar's capability to meet current and future anti-surface warfare threats.'
